The following for the terms and conditions of use for the DIY Realtor single property websites and by signing up the user agrees to these terms. For the purpose of these terms, DIY Realtor is the company and the purchaser is the user.

The initial terms is twelve (12) months and can be extended by agreement with the company and the user.

The service can be canceled at any time by either party by giving at least thirty (30) days notice in writing. For these purposes, in writing means by email to the email address used when the user signed up for the service or therough the contact page on the DIY Realtor website.

Any domain names registered as part of the DIY Realtor package will be registered in the name of the company and the company retains ownership of the domain after the term has expired or the service is cancelled.

Whilst the hosting company used by the company has close to 100% uptime, unforeseen events can affect this that are out of our control. Accordingly there are no guarantees made as to the uptime.

The DIY Realtor service provides installation of the WordPress open source publishing software and does not purport to sell this software. The service includes installation of custom DIY Realtor templates which do not form part of the WordPress software.

WordPress updates are released from time to time and it is up to the discretion of the company. These updates include enhancements, patches and bug fixes and will be assessed before installation.

The user is responsible for all content on their single property website. That said, any content deemed offensive will be removed. Examples are listed belowm however, it is not limited to just these examples.

• Illegal Material – This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation
• Adult Material – Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of “adult material” is left entirely to the discretion of the company.
• Warez – Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide “links to” or “how to” information about such material.

Backups are performed by the hosting company and if necessary a restore to a previous copy can be performed. The company takes no responsibility for the completion of these backups and it is suggested that users keep copies of all their content as a further backup measure.

Links to other websites will be monitored. No affiliate links are to be used on the DIY Realtor websites.

At the expiration of the term, or upon cancelation, the content will be removed. Nothing, (eg photos) will be returned to the user.

Support can be provided with reason and the company is always adding extra information to the FAQs page so it is most likely that questions and answers will be listed there. The company will endeavour to work through all the support issues with the users, however, it reserves the right to ask for payment if the time spent becomes unreasonable. The user will be advised of this before an costs are incurred and they can either agree to proceed or not.

The Powered by DIY Realtor link must be retained in the footer of the site and cannot be removed.

The guarantee is 100% unconditonal money back and is valid during the first thirty (30) days from signing up for the service.
