- No previous programming knowledge is required and if you have signed up then you can create a site. If you do have questions then there is an extensive FAQ section that probably covers your query. We’re guessing you won’t have many though as it has been designed to be very easy to use
- Upload photos to help describe your property. No special software is required to upload the photos and just use your computer or camera software to crop and/or resize your photos. We didn’t include this in the DIY Realtor package because we knew you would already have a preferred way to do this and didn’t want to give you something else to learn
- Choice of various color schemes to sit your personal tastes whilst still retaining flexibility to let you make your home rental website stand out form the rest
- Unlimited pages to describe your property. None of this four pages only stuff. Basically it depends on how much you wish to write
- Unlimited photos can be uploaded and photos always help people get more of an idea what the property is like. Plus, you can include photos of the area as well as your home. Great sunsets over the water? Include a photo if you wish
- Search engine friendly pages so when people are searching for houses to rent, yours will appear in the search engines like Yahoo! and Bing with the correct titles and descriptions that encourage people to click through to your website for more details
- Contact page with inbuilt spam-protected form so visitors can contact you, via email, about the property. Your email address doesn’t appear on the site for the spam spiders to collect. This means you won’t be inundated with spam emails
- Include links to Facebook and other social media sites so people can tell others about your house for rent. Word of mouth is a great way to increase the exposure for your rental property and this can be done with very little effort from you as the owner
- Everything is included in the one package. No scaled down introductory package with lots of upgrades that cost a fortune. One up front price so you know how much from the beginning
- Complement your Vacation Rental By Owner (VRBO) or HomeAway listing for a greater chance of selling your home quickly
- Initial term is 12 months and then a small fee for each 12 months thereafter
- Cancel at any time. No questions about why (although we would like to know so we can continue to improve the product if necessary), no financial penalties. You can just stop it whenever you feel like it, no hard feelings
